Under a new partnership agreement with DFO, Lakehead Conservation is participating in a pilot program under the Navigable Waters Protection Act (NWPA). Staff review proposed projects related to the NWPA.

Files are then forwarded to the Coast Guard office for further review and processing, if required. The goal is to aid the public in getting all the necessary approvals for their projects in a timely fashion.
