Lakehead Conservation was pleased to offer work experience to several short-term staff this year. Employment funding was provided by the federal Summer Career Placements program, the Ontario Summer Experience program and Lakehead Conservation. In addition, we hosted a co-op student from Confederation College and an individual on Worker's Compensation.

Conservation members and staff extend many thanks to the temporary employees for their hard work in the following tasks:

• digital mapping
• clerical duties
